Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a style that combines the focus of the breath with the practice of Yoga postures. Regular practice enhances strength, flexibility and balance.
Classes
Classes are 1 hour long and pricing is based on single class/pay as you go or full month booking with discount. Everyone of any age and ability are welcome. Weekly group classes and 1x1 private classes can be booked by prior appointment.
Teacher BIO & Expectations
Yoga is part of my DNA - couldn't live without it !
I discovered Yoga over 20 years ago and fell in love with the practice instantly! I continued to practice for many years attending regular classes and workshops until I decided to train as a teacher and begin my own classes. My style is predominately Hatha with influences of Sivinanda and Scaravelli.
My classes follow a structure that covers a warm up, light cardio, balance and relaxing sections - all with different themes weekly. The classes are friendly and sociabIe, and I encourage everyone to work within the boundaries of their own bodies - it's a judgement free non-competitive space. A chance for you to have an hour just for yourself only.
There is plenty of parking for attending classes in a well lit built up area. There are a few spaces in Bell street itself or there are plenty either side of the Vineyards Shopping Centre in Great Baddow (The Causeway - CM2 7QS).
I always aim for a few laughs along the way - even if its at me! Anyone is welcome of any background or ability. My main focus is that you leave happy and relaxed after practising. Positive mental health is always a top priority.
